    The most popular brush-off in 2025: "Just send me an email" Your SDRs get excited when they hear it. They think a new booking "is in the bag." But they are de*d wrong. When I train SDRs, I teach the ARA framework. This keeps the prospect on the phone. Increasing the chances of the booked meeting. Here's how it works: A: 1: Acknowledge ????Show them you heard them. ???"Jane, I can definitely send you an email." R: 2: Respond ???Add a little humor/reality check. ? "But I’ve been doing this for a long time, and I’m still waiting to hear back from all those people I emailed." A: 3: Ask ? Then shift into a real conversation. ? "Would it be a terrible idea if we found 30 minutes next week to explore this together and see if it’s actually something that would help you out?” The difference here? If a prospect is truly interested they will book. Otherwise, you've saved yourself from another email. That is literally lost in the void. PS: Have you tried this method?
