We have been using Elevate products for decades so you can imagine how honored we were to put a new roof and wall panels on their brand new 650,000 sf manufacturing & distribution facility in #SaltLakeCity, Utah. #reddroofing #utahbusiness
We're cutting another ribbon! Over 200 Elevate customers, teammates, and Utah dignitaries joined together to celebrate the grand opening of our new manufacturing and distribution center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Every type of ISOGARD insulation will be produced and every Elevate line will be stocked in this beautiful new facility, with metal production beginning soon. As part of this special occasion, we donated $10,000 to The Road Home, who provides emergency shelter, supportive services, and housing assistance that help Salt Lake County individuals and families step out of homelessness. A big thank you to David Padgett, our longest-tenured teammate at this location, who has dedicated over 23 years to the team and did the honors of cutting the ribbon for us! We're delighted to enhance our offering to Elevate customers in the western U.S. and Canada and to support the Salt Lake community.

This is truly a project completion worth celebrating. It may appear as just another multi-family complex, but these units provide much-needed affordable local housing accommodations for employees, paved the way for a first of its kind in Utah collaborative public-private funding and all while battling record snowfall at resort elevations. Some have said this project proved the impossible--possible. The aptly named Slopeside Village (Canyons Ski Resort Employee Housing) has 1,189 beds, sits on over eight acres, totals 300k SF and boasts views from the six-seven story stature. Most units are dorm-style, with shared bedrooms, kitchens and living areas. It features amenities like housekeeping, a fitness center, gear storage, and community rooms included in the rent.
