Irma marked her first year with the Red Cross by stepping up for her first-ever deployment to Roswell, NM in response to the deadly floods. Her energy and dedication shined as she purchased fresh clothes for 15 shelter residents, ensuring they could sleep in clean clothing for the first time since the floods. "My deployment experience gave me a profound appreciation and a clearer understanding of the Red Cross's vital work in the field, and I truly loved serving those in need," said Irma after her deployment.
