?? As part of Climate Week NYC, Renee Perry, VP of CSR & ESG at Culimer USA, took part in a dynamic panel discussion on "AI and Technology Innovation in Seafood Traceability" at the Regan House. The session explored how cutting-edge technology can drive sustainability and transparency across the entire seafood supply chain, with a focus on global data standards and the collaborative synergies between industries. Following the insightful panel, Culimer USA was proud to host a sustainable sushi lunch prepared by Michelin-starred Chef Sunghul Shim. The menu featured our certified sustainable products, including MSC-certified Bluefin Tuna (Akamai, Chu-toro, and O-Toro), BAP-certified Mount Cook King Salmon, and ASC-certified Hamachi. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our commitment to sustainability, traceability, and serve a range of our favourite products. According to the Pew Research Center, Most (employees [51% satisfaction rate]) are highly satisfied with their relationships with their co-workers and managers, but relatively few feel the same about their pay and opportunities for promotion.
