The Elevate Tour provides meaningful opportunities for our leadership team to connect with owners and operators to discuss renovations, property improvements and strategies to drive quality, consistency and profitability. Our leadership also celebrates property and team successes and recognizes the accomplishments of seasoned team members along the way. Demonstrating our commitment to cultivating genuine relationships through engaging conversation, Red Roof president Zack Gharib recently joined 14 other local executives and 100 young professionals at the Columbus Young Professionals (CYP) Club’s 11th annual Executive Luncheon. Participants exchanged leadership lessons and career advice during a professionally focused, interactive lunch experience. One piece of advice Zack shared with these emerging professionals was, “Don’t underestimate the power of curiosity. You don’t know what’s behind the door. You never know what’s around the corner. You never know who you’ll meet and who that person could be in your life. That person could be the most impactful in your life.
