Yesterday was #NationalHorseProtectionDay. We want to take a moment to recognize our Large Animal Team, including our veterinarians, staff, volunteers and fosters, who work daily to assist the many homeless horses throughout our community. There is a lot to the current situation of horse rescue and welfare throughout the US. We do our part daily in a variety of ways always keeping the animals’ needs in mind. Please take a moment today to thank a rescue worker, hug a horse if you can, or consider helping a horse by sponsoring, donating supplies, or sharing a horse in need as it helps the next horse coming in to rescue.
