As Thanksgiving approaches, our founding leaders made a special effort to give employees an opportunity to share their gratitude. While we heard the usual mentions of appreciation for family, friends, and meaningful work, many employees shared deeply personal reflections. These moments revealed that we've created a supportive environment where our team feels safe to learn, grow, and excel—an inspiring space to do our best work! During this time, we also celebrated Nate Young, one of our welders, as our "Employee of the Month". Managers emphasized how difficult it was to select just one standout employee because so many are stepping up, exceeding expectations, and excelling in their roles. In a fantastic show of team spirit, the shop crew crafted a trophy (pictured) that will now be passed along in a fun way, as a unique symbol of the camaraderie and pride that defines our workplace culture. Thank you, Pat and Heather for supporting Clark College so we could share with our families, the delicious pastries, muffins, scones, caramels, and pies made by the students! This along with an early release so we can start our holiday weekend is another tangible, that we are appreciated! Wishing you and your loved ones a warm and joyful Thanksgiving!

Over the weekend I took advantage of a beautiful day to take an out-of-town friend to our waterfront where I was able to show her some of the work we have done as a contributor to the development of this incredible project. Having seen my coworkers fabricate pieces in our shop, loaded onto trucks, I often wondered where and how they would be used. Seeing them as finished products is indescribable. There's something truly special about seeing the pieces our company has worked on come to life in the community. The fact that the craftsmanship of our team will be part of the city's legacy is immensely fulfilling, a sentiment I'm sure others whose work, also shown in these pictures, share. It's amazing how projects like this can enhance not only the physical beauty but also the quality of life for everyone who gets to enjoy them!
