Kate Trevorrow is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance living in Dallas Texas. She specializes in Somatic/ Emotive Yoga and Yoga Nidra with an emphasis on mind-body integration and stress relief for every age and physical ability. She believes that meditation and yoga are powerful tools for health, happiness and success and can be used in a corporate environment to foster employee satisfaction, commitment and focus. In addition to her RYT certification, she holds I AM Yoga Nidra and I AM Yoga Therapy certifications from the prestigious Amrit Institute.
