One of the benefits of working at recteq is that a major meeting = major eating. Chef Greg Mueller WCMC, CEC, CCA, AAC and our entire culinary team are always there to show off their skills and keep everyone full and happy. That is definitely the #recteqlifestyle!

While the entire Evans community works to rebuild after the devastation of Hurricane Helene, the team at recteq is doing our best to support. Shannon Mitchell, Ryan Burton, Tony Miles, Zach Pitcher, Bryan Cope, Taylor McKnight and friends were on the road handing out food and pellets from our freezer/store to over 500 cars. More work is already being done to further assist first responders as well. This commitment to doing the right thing regardless of circumstance is what makes the recteq family so special.

recteq's continued push into traditional retailers hit another milestone earlier this month with the Ace Hardware Corporation Convention in Chicago. A larger booth, more staff, more products...still just as busy! Our shared company values around product quality and customer service continue to generate amazing feedback and enthusiasm from ACE owners across the U.S. Thank you to everyone who stopped by.

recteq was featured during Fox & Friends Memorial Day segment last weekend thanks to recteq enthusiast Chip Wade, with our own Jody Flanagan on the grills and Shannon Mitchell organizing logistics, social media and everything else. It is not easy to prep and serve ribs before 8am on the streets of NYC, but the food was not only TV-ready, but subsequently enjoyed by the Fox News hosts and staff! This past week, recteq held our quarterly Townhall meeting, where the Executive team updated the entire company on Q1 results.?Strategic initiatives, wins and challenges were discussed across Operations, Marketing, Product Development, Technology, Customer Development, Technology and HR.?These company-wide meetings are just one of the many ways that recteq seeks to get all employee involved and moving in the same direction, regardless of function or seniority.? The biggest highlight of all was celebrating the 10-year work anniversary of Harry Doss, which meant peanut butter pies and vanilla cake for everyone in our Evans HQ!
