In his new role, Austin will be joining Matt Dodge in spearheading our acquisition efforts through deal sourcing, due diligence, and debt origination as well as helping to lead asset management. He will also be charged with finding and managing new development projects in his target geography. Austin brings a wealth of experience to the table, having previously worked with Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO) and HFF, Inc (now JLL) in San Francisco. His background in acquisitions and asset management of industrial properties is a perfect fit for our growing portfolio.     Comunale Properties was honored to win AZ Big Media RED Awards Industrial Project of the Year (100,000 SF – 250,000 SF) in Arizona last week for our development project Chandler Connection!. ? The 200,000 SF state-of-the-art warehouse facility was Comunale’s first-ever development in Arizona and was specifically designed to meet the unique needs of Edwards Vacuum and the semiconductor industry. The development boasts Class A office, employee amenities, and state-of-the-art manufacturing and service areas including a dedicated training center for new employees. One highlight of the office space is its grand, vaulted glass-lined entry, providing access to the main conference room, guest seating, as well as other meeting areas for break-outs and small collaborations. The facility leverages the latest manufacturing and digital technologies, supporting the fast-growing North American semiconductor market with services and solutions for the efficient and environmentally sustainable production of chips. With Edwards now operating in the facility, their employees are playing a key role in supporting the extraordinary growth of the semiconductor market, strengthening Arizona’s semiconductor supply chain and further cementing the state as a hub for semiconductor activity. ?
