Look for RPO companies with deep expertise, the ability to solve recruitment challenges, and a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes. ??Q. How have LevelUP's RPO solutions improved its clients' recruitment process? Grajeda: LevelUP HCS specializes in investment banking and technology services. We collaborated with our investment banking client to transform their recruitment platform, focusing on attracting diverse candidates and optimizing the interview process. This resulted in our client being recognized as the fastest-growing investment banking firm globally and reduced their time to hire from 200 days to around 70 days. In the tech industry, we helped clients improve their candidate screening process by introducing a cultural fit interview, leading to better hire quality and diversity. ??Q. How can organizations best use technology in their recruitment process? Grajeda: Technology provides modern talent acquisition data and analytics for informed decision-making. An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) should manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, give insights into diversity gaps, streamline high-volume recruitment, enhance candidate communication through automation, and use AI to improve overall efficiency.
