Recovery Café Indy

We Bloom?is currently hiring for two unique positions. They are both working with the new “youth” version of the Recovery Café model – called Discovery Café. One of them is locally focused – building the program here in Indy. The other is nationally focused – building out the program across the country! ? Both positions require someone who has worked with youth, has start-up/entrepreneurial experience, cultural fluency, strong communication skills, and the ability to self-manage. Each role contains a mix of program development and program management. It’s been tough to connect with candidates who have the blend; however, we know our networks can help us!!
