Our recent work, “CPG-Based Manipulation With Multi-Module Origami Robot Surface,” has been published in IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters (RA-L)! We propose a novel surface-based, multi-module robotic manipulation framework that combines a CPG-based motion generator with simulation-driven optimization. This system enables manipulation of objects with varying sizes, shapes, and stiffnesses using an origami robotic surface.
