The areas your organization should focus on fulfilling loosely correspond with Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs according to Recognition Professionals International.? Remember that the pyramid is not static. Your employees may fluctuate up and down depending on the circumstances. Getting them to the top of the pyramid is a constant work in progress!?
