关于我们

844.900.RECO Since our founding, RECO has been a leader in the South Florida addiction treatment field. At RECO, we believe that each individual is unique. Consequently, each treatment plan and metamorphosis in recovery must be unique, too. As we work to recreate joy and to instill patience, self-awareness, and responsibility in those who are suffering from addiction and co-occuring disorders, we understand and address the specific intricacies of each individual's history. Through our utilization of therapeutic techniques, distinctive group programming, and aftercare, we aim to create an environment that facilitates progress in recovery and emboldens clients within their newfound independence from addiction.

Building a Lifetime of Recovery, Together Recovery isn’t just about getting sober—it’s about creating a life that’s worth staying sober for. At Reco Intensive, we believe in the power of community, not just during treatment but for a lifetime. That’s why we don’t just say we support our alumni—we show up for them, year after year. This past month, we gathered for our Annual RECO Alumni Camping Trip, an event that embodies everything we stand for: connection, adventure, and the reminder that life in recovery is full of meaningful experiences. Watching our alumni come together—sharing stories, laughter, and the simple joy of being present—was a powerful reminder that no one has to do this alone. At RECO, recovery doesn’t end when treatment does. We are committed to walking alongside every person who has come through our doors, offering not just support, but a lifelong community that uplifts and empowers. To anyone seeking a new way forward—you don’t have to do this alone. Recovery is possible, and a strong, supportive community is waiting for you here.

  • The Power of Sober Living: A Foundation for Lasting Recovery Recovery isn’t just about quitting—it’s about rebuilding. Sober living provides a crucial bridge between treatment and independent life, offering structure, community, and personal growth. The benefits extend far beyond sobriety: ?? Higher Employment Rates – Individuals in sober living homes are more likely to secure and maintain employment, regaining financial independence and stability. ?? Stronger Support Systems – Recovery is easier with peers who understand the journey. Many form lifelong friendships that serve as anchors during challenging times. ?? Lower Relapse Rates – Studies show that those who transition through sober living are significantly less likely to relapse compared to those who go straight from treatment to independent living. ?? Improved Health & Wellness – From better sleep and nutrition to regular exercise, structured sober living encourages holistic self-care, reducing stressors that can trigger relapse. The road to recovery isn’t just about staying sober—it’s about reclaiming control, building resilience, and creating a life that’s truly fulfilling. Sober living offers that foundation. At Reco, we provide a supportive, structured environment to help you take the next step in your recovery journey. If you or someone you know is ready to build a strong foundation for long-term sobriety, let’s talk. ?? Send us a message or visit https://recointensive.com to learn more.

From Crisis to Comeback: How Recovery is Thriving in 2024 1. Telehealth Takes Center Stage The permanent expansion of telehealth services is a game-changer, making recovery accessible to more people than ever before. Virtual counseling, online support groups, and audio-based treatments mean individuals can seek help from the comfort of their homes, especially in underserved areas 2. Integrated Care is Changing Lives Mental health and addiction are no longer treated in silos. Holistic approaches, including medication-assisted treatments (MAT) paired with counseling and mindfulness practices, are helping individuals achieve longer-lasting recovery. Federal policy updates have expanded these services, integrating them into primary care for seamless support 3. Support Systems Built on Empathy Peer networks and community-based programs are growing stronger, emphasizing social reintegration, vocational training, and family support. These initiatives are transforming recovery into a journey where individuals rebuild not just their health, but their lives 4. New Hope with Harm Reduction Safe injection sites, naloxone distribution, and needle exchange programs are reducing overdose deaths and infections, providing essential lifelines for those still struggling while they work toward recovery This year proves recovery isn’t just possible—it’s thriving. The focus on accessibility, compassion, and integration is giving countless people a second chance at a brighter future.
