A year of training, a lifetime of lessons. Completing Ironman Arizona wasn’t just about crossing the finish line, it was about unlocking potential, mastering mindset, and building proof that I’m capable of anything I set my mind to. From dog bites to grueling heat, setbacks became fuel. I’ve learned to celebrate the little wins, stay disciplined, and keep moving forward when it’s uncomfortable. Life is a gift. Be present. Live with purpose, not regret. And most of all, never give up.
