Who gets to shape emerging technologies? The number of Black, Latina, and Native American women receiving computing degrees may have doubled, but our work is far from over. We are at a turning point—emerging technologies are reshaping every single industry. Investing in future leaders today can build economic mobility, galvanize the technical workforce, and ensure BLNA women are influencing and building the future. We’re excited to evolve our mission to do just that—in partnership with teachers, mentors, and future employers who play a vital role in supporting BLNA women and girls to succeed in and lead the next wave of innovation. Taking action to close the gender gap for underrepresented women of color in tech.
关于我们
The Reboot Representation Tech Coalition is a partnership of leading tech companies that have come together to multiply their impact, align their agendas, and pool their resources to address the gender gap for underrepresented women of color in tech. The Coalition’s first major undertaking will be a three-year push focused on doubling the number of Black, Latina, and Native American women receiving computing Bachelor's degrees in the US by 2025. Without this effort, the number of underrepresented women of color receiving computing degrees would not double until 2052, which carries with it a high cost for the sector and society. The Reboot Representation Tech Coalition was founded with the support of Pivotal Ventures, an investment and incubation company started by Melinda Gates, and is housed at NEO Philanthropy.

Dear Tech Companies: It’s time we get out of our echo chambers in the “remote work” debate ??Let’s talk about flexible work instead. The traditional 9-to-5, in-person work week just isn’t efficient for employees nor employers—and we have the stats to prove it. So what’s stopping tech companies from implementing flexible policies and?improving the workplace for everyone? ??Lack of trust. Read more about how to take the demand for flexible work as a non-negotiable reality: https://bit.ly/3yYiqvy
