After 6 long years of research and development, today Rebellyous Foods unveiled the Mock 2 production system, our novel equipment that will allow us to make our delicious plant-based meat more affordable for all. It was an exhilarating experience to see the system up and running and share with the world what we've been up to, as well as to receive a key to the city of Hobbs, N.M.
