Drop the "We built X" talk. Flip your messaging to "You experience Y, we help with Z" where it actually matters in the buyer journey. This is not the answer to every marketing problem you have, but it will quickly course correct and organize how you talk to your market. Aim for clarity. From there you can get more and more sophisticated. IDEAS ON WHERE TO DO IT: -- Website header ?? “We built the most advanced AI-powered scheduling tool.” ? “Tired of back-and-forth emails? Our AI handles scheduling so you don’t have to.” Why? This is where a visitor decides if they actually care. Lead with their world, not your tech. -- Sales email ?? “Our platform offers integrations with over 100 tools.” ? “Juggling too many tools? We connect them all, so your team stops wasting time.” Why? No one cares about your features, until they understand how it fixes their problem. -- Ads or social post ?? "Our software has been recognized as the industry leader in automation.” ? “Still manually doing [painful thing]? Let automation take over while you focus on [important thing].” Why? Attention is at a premium online. Hook them with their struggle first, then position your solution. === Pro tip: talk to a few prospects and have them tell you in their own words a) what jobs they hate doing and b) what would really help them out right now. You don't need a large amount of stories before you'll start to see a trend (or not, but that's whole another problem ??)

    Human B2B'ing

Spending $10K+ per month on ghost writers and still struggling to get leads from your founder brand content? The secret isn’t just better content — it’s physical hooks at scale. I built a HOOKS carousel that walks you through the exact hooks I use to produce, test, and scale physical hooks that drive dangerous levels of entanglement. Below, you'll discover: ? The hooks that actually work (with visual examples) ? A few pages of filler content to pad out the rest of the carousel ? Actually, that's it. Just those two things above this pretty much pointless third bullet point. Want free access? Say “Ben's HOOKS Carousel!” to yourself now, and a copy will appear out of thin air in front of you. (PS: Make sure you stay lurking so I have no way to DM this to you.)

The second you put yourself out there, you risk: - Sounding like a desperate SaaS founder begging for validation. - Being mistaken for a “growth hacker” (??). - Having your old neighbor comment "see you on sunday!" on a serious thought leadership post. Why bother?

What no one tells you: The best founders are lurkers. The silent majority. The ones who stay in the shadows, quietly watching LinkedIn debates spiral out of control while they sip coffee and re-optimize their onboarding flow. The less you say, the more you sell.

? Reading posts on LinkedIn? Lurking ? Checking profiles secretly? Lurking ? Watching debates but not commenting? Lurking ? Clicking "See More" but never engaging? Lurking ? Saving job posts without applying? Lurking ? Stalking competitors' content? Lurking ? Saving posts you never revisit? Lurking ? Thinking “I should post” but never do? Lurking Most LinkedIn users are silent observers. But if you want opportunities, conversations, and visibility — you need to engage. ?? I put together a Lurker’s Guide to Actually Getting Noticed on LinkedIn: 1. How to break the scroll (hooks that work) 2. Engaging without posting (smart comment strategies with no AI) 3. The LinkedIn lurker-to-leader blueprint 4. Post types that spark conversations 5. Frameworks for non-cringey visibility Comment "Lurk" and I’ll... HOLD UP. What just happened!?! That was close! This post *nearly* went viral. I don't want that to happen AT ALL. ——— And if you liked this, you'll likely love my upcoming audience evading cohort RELURKABLE. So far, our top 33 clients have remained anonymous for 4.2 million minutes combined. You could be one of them.
