Austin’s housing market continued moving toward balance in February, with over 10,000 homes for sale—up 16.7% year-over-year. Buyers now have more options and time to make decisions, while well-positioned sellers are still seeing strong results. Homes averaged $430K, prices were up nearly 5% from January, and time on market dropped slightly to 82 days.
