Realterm in partnership with Titan Development, Ltd. announced today that their joint venture partnership will develop a Class A, 440,300-square-foot cross-dock, high flow through building in Laredo, Texas. The development, which sits on 26.08 acres in the high trade U.S.-Mexico border crossing market, will include 150 doors, 264 trailer stalls, a 185-foot truck court and 36-foot clear heights. Realterm is thrilled to present the recent refurbishment of Hermelijnweg 27 in Etten-Leur, Netherlands. This project focused on the renewal of the facility’s roof overlay and skylights. The transformation from a darker material to a white overlay provides an optimized sustainability solution, resulting in better insulation and improves energy efficiency. Cleaning, addition of safety features, and replacement of roof perimeters were also part of the renovation efforts in restoring this roof to its full operational potential.
