... how many times have you been under contract on a deal - and THEN found out that the loan doesn't size at the contract price because of LTV, DSCR. DY, or some other pesky underwriting assumptions? Lenders ... they can be so picky. Sucks, right? This model will take ANY assumption about any deal - along with all senior debt assumptions - and tell you if the deal metrics support the senior loan (you think) you can get, along with the value at a target cap rate.
