?? People tell you exactly how to sell to them—you just have to pay attention. Instagram isn’t just for posting. It’s for observing. When you connect with a prospect on IG, you see: ?? What kind of homes they dream about ? Where they spend their weekends ?? Whether they’re thinking of relocating ?? If they’re already touring open houses Every post, story, and like is a conversation starter you didn’t have to ask for. Are you using it? ??? This week on /RealEstate, Nora Schneider broke down why IG is the future of real estate networking. Full episode dropped Wednesday on Spotify & YouTube—go check it out! #SocialSelling #RealEstateNetworking #RealtorTips #RealGeeks

?? People see you before they need you. Most of your future clients won’t engage with your content today—but when it’s time to buy or sell, they’ll remember you. That’s why consistency wins. Your job isn’t to chase likes. Your job is to show up so often that when someone is finally ready, you’re the first agent they think of. ??? Nora Schneider broke this down in our latest episode of /RealEstate with Chris Whitling—dropping Wednesday on Spotify & YouTube. Stay tuned! #RealEstateMarketing #BrandBuilding #RealtorLife #RealGeeks

?? YOUR CHARISMA IS KILLING DEALS. ?? HOT TAKE: The biggest deal-killer in 2025 isn’t low inventory, high interest rates, or post-NAR lawsuit rules. ?? These challenges affect every agent equally—but not every agent is struggling. What’s the difference? Some agents build real connections with leads. Most just run through a qualifying checklist. In our latest mastermind call, Greg Harrelson breaks down how to ask the right questions, the right way—so your leads actually trust you, work with you, and refer you. This isn’t just about closing deals. It’s about making the buying process seamless and setting yourself up for referrals. ?? Stop making excuses. Level up your charisma. ?? What’s your go-to charisma hack for sales calls? Drop it below! ?? #realtor #realestate #realestateagent #broker #sales #charisma

?? Killing deals from the first call? No shame - we’ve all been there. You’re following your script, you’re asking your qualifying questions, you’ve got access to the properties that would be great for the lead… …and still, they feel extremely disengaged. ?? Most agents are having this problem. And the solution is painfully simple (though not easy!). You need to stop treating leads like leads. Yes, they know you’re engaging in a transactional relationship. But it shouldn’t FEEL that way. It’s your job to make them feel like they’re talking to a friend, a person who actually CARES about finding them their dream home and help them move to a new, wonderful community. ?? Next time you get on a first call with a lead, imagine for a second that they’re your best friend. What would you ask them? How would you carry yourself? It might feel like overstepping at first. But changing homes is one of the most life-changing decisions someone can make. It IS personal. And you should treat it as such. ?? Go overstep some boundaries. Go make some dreams come true. #realtor #realestateguru #realestatecoach

?? STOP KILLING DEALS BECAUSE OF POOR CHARISMA. Yes. Your leads know this is a transactional relationship. But that doesn’t mean you need to treat it as such. You’d be surprised at how much better your conversations go if you ask open-ended questions that get your buyers talking about their motivations and desires, rather than the data you need to quickly qualify them. ?? Try it. Ask 3 open-ended questions on your next call before you get to your lead qualifying checklist. Let us know how it goes. #realestate #realtor #realestateguru #realestatecoach

?? Long term vs Short term activities… …a silly battle. Because you should be doing both. ?? Yes, you should be calling your leads and doing circle prospecting to generate business in the short term. ?? But you also want to be working on your content and your follow ups to continue to generate business on autopilot in the long term. A successful agent knows this, and splits their time between both ?? #realtor #realestate #realestateagent #realestatecoach
