You’re following your script, you’re asking your qualifying questions, you’ve got access to the properties that would be great for the lead… …and still, they feel extremely disengaged. ?? Most agents are having this problem. And the solution is painfully simple (though not easy!). You need to stop treating leads like leads. Yes, they know you’re engaging in a transactional relationship. But it shouldn’t FEEL that way. It’s your job to make them feel like they’re talking to a friend, a person who actually CARES about finding them their dream home and help them move to a new, wonderful community. ??
