Our tenacious students at TACONY ACADEMY CHARTER SCHOOL had a career coaching session with RW Dake Construction. They spoke with Paul Freiert and Justin Dwight. We also had a special guest speaker Bob Peppelman with RJP Consulting Group, LLC. While we were having a great discussion Justin Dwight stated, " Baseball gave me the focus to do good in school and how to be responsible." Paul Freiert after finding his passion later in life he told the students "Keep searching for your passion and looking for what you want to do." Thank you all for your time and knowledge.

The students at Belmont High School spoke with Scott Duever at RJP Consulting Group, LLC during their Institute Workshop. When asked about interviewing tips Scott Duever said, " After you apply online follow up in person." and also said " find jobs in your community, do your research and talk to managers who are where you want to be." Thank you Scott Duever for taking the time to speak with our students during these workshops.

Our young leaders Souderton Area High School had an insightful Institute Workshop with Scott Duever at RJP Consulting Group, LLC. When asked what he looks for when interviewing potential candidates, he stated " I look for people who know how to set goals and self-manage." He followed that up with " bring up things that you have accomplished in High School and explain how you did it." Thank you Scott Duever for speaking with our students.
