Remember to include temperature when documenting anesthesia.?A global increase in SSEP latency could indicate a decrease in temperature whereas a global decrease in SSEP latency could indicate a global increase in temperature.?The following documented in the chat and event log is best practice: Blood Pressure including MAP Heart Rate Saturated Oxygen (%) Propofol, if applicable (mcg/kg/min) Inhalation Agents (%ET) Temperature (C or F) Intravenous Agents (mcg/kg/min or mcg/kg/hr) Anesthesia should be documented every 30 minutes.
