关于我们
REAL Professionals (RP) is a one-of-a-kind network of commercial real estate companies and professionals that are transforming the way our industry does business. By leveraging the collective experience and relationships of our members, RP helps to level the playing field with larger national companies. The exchange of insider knowledge (REAL Intelligence) and actionable business leads (REAL Leads) is the lifeblood of the real estate profession. RP provides a method of interaction through structured meetings and state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, our collective buying power allows members to implement some of the cost savings previously available only to larger companies. Groups of 15 to 30 companies meet twice monthly to discuss current deals, needs and collaborative opportunities resulting in the exchange of $1 - $3 million in actionable business opportunities. Each facilitated meeting is recorded and minutes are distributed to members. Follow-up communication and actions among members are coordinated by the network to help facilitate follow through.

Urban resiliency is how quickly you can recover whereas sustainability is the ability to maintain at a certain level. There is social resilience, structural resilience and economic resilience. Their focus is on structural resilience. A lot of work has been at the state level since Sandy but has moved into the municipal level. Raleigh’s guest speaker for April was Warren Tingen of Tingen Creative, he discussed and demonstrated how to implement generative AI, like ChatGPT and Midjourney, into your workplace. There were $60B expenditures globally in AI in 2023; 500 companies provide AI-powered services to the RE market. Tingen said the pros of generative AI are idea generation, speed and efficiency, cost effectiveness and usability. The cons are AI can be plagiaristic and can hallucinate as well as the theft of IP and lack of quality or personalization. It is helpful in RE for data analytics. Thank you to Warren for providing such an interesting and informative presentation and to everyone that was able to join us for the presentation and discussion! We look forward to seeing you in May!?
