After over 40 years of dedicated service in the manufacturing industry, Jack Stephens has retired as the Vice President of Operations at Real Performance Machinery. With a vast knowledge of the industry, he has been a key figure in RPM's success. Jack is known for his exceptional leadership and mentorship. RPM would like to recognize Jeremy Summers as our employee of the month for January! Jeremy works in our Fabrication Department and has proven to be an asset daily. He is always willing to do what is asked of him whether in fabrication or another department. Jeremy is continually eager to learn new skills and he has shown tremendous growth over the past two years at RPM! We appreciate the great attitude and effort! Congratulations Jeremy!

RPM is proud to announce that Jared Lucas is our 2024 employee of the year! ?Jared has worked a few days under 6 months at sawmills in the US this calendar year.?He always has a positive, make-it-better approach to everything he does.?He answers customer calls at all hours of the day (and on weekends) and doesn’t hesitate for a second when asked to travel to site for a service trip.?A true ambassador for our company when he is onsite, in the office, and dealing with customers. Congratulations Jared!

We would like to welcome another RPM baby! Miss Cora Ann arrived healthy and she is absolutely the cutest! Congratulations Cody and Whitney!

Congratulations to Bryan Bottomley, our December employee of the month! Bryan is always willing to help when needed and lend a hand on anything. He is also great with helping and showing young employees how to operate machines and check parts. Bryan is a great asset to our machining department. He has great attendance, always has a smile, and never complains about anything thrown his way.
