Construction for phase two is scheduled to begin in early July, with plans to welcome residents by December, 2025. Recently, our leadership team toured our properties in Arizona: Copa Flats in Maricopa and Agave House in Casa Grande. Copa Flats was a big accomplishment for Real Estate Equities as it was our first development and successful lease-up in Arizona.
