"The future's so bright . . . I gotta wear shades". Had coffee today at Common Grounds on campus with two future real estate stars from over at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Turner Brothers spring intern Ben Lee (Entrepreneurship-'25) and Davis Grace (Finance - '25) who is ye high muckety muck (AKA :President) of the Real Estate Club at Baylor. We talked about deals and dreams and the general brilliant future of the commercial real estate business in the Centex Corridor. Waco has to figure out a way to keep talented young folks like these two in town after graduation. I'm all for flinging their green and gold afar and lighting the ways of time, but I want them to do it from right here in Waco!
