?? Happy 5th Birthday, Ready Set Pivot! ?? Five years ago today—on March 11, 2020—a group of bold, brilliant, and just-the-right-amount-of-rebellious women gathered for the very first time. They came seeking clarity, confidence, and connection in the face of career uncertainty. And from that moment, RSP was born. But let’s be clear: RSP isn’t just a community. It’s a force. A defiant, unstoppable force that reminds the universe—again and again—that talented women don’t disappear at midlife. We evolve. We redefine success on our terms. And we refuse to let outdated narratives hold us back. To the women who were there from the start, the ones who came, left, and came back again, and those just discovering who we are—you are the reason we exist. Change is hard. Going it alone? Even harder. That’s why we need each other—to lift, to push, to challenge, and to remind the world (and sometimes ourselves) exactly what we’re capable of. So here’s to five years of breaking barriers, rewriting rules, and building something extraordinary.
