I had the privilege of coordinating and witnessing a powerful ReadyCT Education discussion panel at Bulkeley High School with my team. It was incredibly rewarding to see the impact it had on our students, especially those exploring careers in education. The presence of educators of color was especially inspiring for our students of color, showing them the importance of representation and the possibilities within their reach. A huge thank you to our incredible guest speakers for sharing their experiences and inspiring the next generation of educators.
