We're excited to introduce Eamon McLaughlin as the Head Coach of our Men's U23 Team. Eamon, a native of Northern Ireland, was a key player for Reading United AC over the past two seasons. He now steps into a leadership role for the club. Playing collegiately at Lee University, Eamon earned first team all-conference, first team all-region, and second team all-south region honors. Additionally, Eamon was named National player of the week and to the honor roll. In his senior year, he was named team captain. Eamon is currently the Men's Soccer Graduate Assistant Coach at DeSales University, pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics. Inspirations: Our 2025-26 third kit At one point, the Reading Company was one of the most prosperous corporations in the United States. Before today’s interstate highway system, the yellow and green colors of Reading Lines could be seen all over the mid-Atlantic, transporting commercial goods and passengers alike. This rail system was one of the things that helped put Reading on the map—so to honor it, we’re including the old yellow and green, as well as a Reading Lines inspired crest, on our third kit this season.
