Congratulations?to RCB's Jacob Gilbert on his completion of the Credit Analyst Apprentice Program through the Mass Bankers Association! ?? The successful completion of the program consisted of 150 virtual classroom training hours and 2,000 on-the-job training hours, culminating in a capstone presentation held in Marlborough on January 24.?? At the event Jake and his teammates presented a mock loan presentation, which consisted of underwriting an investment commercial real estate loan to a loan committee consisting of their peers, mentors, and credit instructors.????? The capstone, delivered at the Courtyard by Marriott, concluded the 150 hours of classroom training for the apprenticeship program. ? ?
