A lawsuit in Texas is challenging the PREP Act, which shields vaccine manufacturers from liability. Vaccine injured Americans, led by Dr. Joel Wallskog, and represented by Siri & Glimstad, L.L.P., are taking action because these protections have denied them due process and access to justice, trapping them in a system with a 98% denial rate.
