Nine incredible organization received $135,000 in grant funding that will meaningfully support the economic development of women and their families. Today’s session with the 2024 Salem Student Mentoring and Leadership Program, a collaboration with REACH Women's Network and Salem College was an inspiring one. We connected as a group to explore our strengths using the VIA Top 5 character and values assessment. I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity to mentor Rheanne, an impressive Salem scholar, as she continues to advance her leadership journey. Together, we’ve discussed goals, exchanged insights, and explored ways to build on her many strengths.
