Last year, REACH launched our inaugural Pre-Coachella Gifting Suite in Los Angeles, bringing together 750+ top influencers (each with 1M+ followers) and powerhouse brands like Revlon, Beyond Meat, Liquid Death, and more. When I first envisioned this event, my goal was to seamlessly blend impact, influence, and unforgettable activations. We didn’t just give out brand products, we also created experiences. From bouquet-making and eyebrow threading to massages and interactive brand activations, we made sure every guest left with more than just a gift bag. Across all RSVP’d attendees, we reached 1.75 billion followers!!! ?????? ????’???? ???????? ?????? ?????????? ??????! ?? April 5, 2025 ?? Santa Monica, California ?? 500 top influencers ?? Activations, exclusive brand gifting, and more! Let’s make this even bigger :) who's in???

Content Creator and Social Media Manager @Fitsbyarjun | USC Public Relations & Advertising Major | Digital Marketing Specialist

I've only been at college for two semesters and let me tell you that being a part of USC REACH was one of the best decisions! Reach is such a welcoming community, I can still vividly remember the member reveal last semester and I would have never thought to be standing here in my second semester as the Director of Marketing on the Executive Board. I plan on being a part of this chapter till I graduate from the University of Southern California, and I will continue pushing it forward as much as I can! Taking inspiration from Nila Makhfi's post, I wanted to acknowledge all the seniors who will be graduating soon: Nila Makhfi – Your unwavering passion and commitment to everything you do never cease to inspire me. The way you consistently pour yourself into your work with such determination sets a remarkable standard for all of us. Jenna Gestetner – I’ve always looked up to your remarkable work ethic and the way you balance your role as a creator and student. Your social media presence serves as a true example of how to seamlessly merge passion with professionalism. Chandra Delano – As a fellow PR major, you have a unique understanding of my passion for both the entertainment industry and social media. Our conversations are always engaging, insightful, and full of energy – I’m always learning something new from you. Claire Lucas – You have one of the most welcoming and positive spirits I’ve ever encountered. I’ve always looked forward to our conversations during meetings, whether we were catching up on social media trends, dance, or even our class experiences. Your warmth and kindness make every interaction memorable.

Our Spring 2025 USC REACH member pics are here!! Ahh, I love how these turned out, and my heart is so full to be a part of the REACH family at the chapter where it all started ?? ?? I'm also beyond lucky to have the most amazing board, whose dedication allows our organization to thrive. Taking Dr. Mona Farid-Nejad, PhD's Organizational Psychology class taught me so much about leadership and effective teamwork based on psychology. I’ve been trying to apply those insights to my role as President. I truly appreciate the efforts and unique strengths of every single person on our team: ? Jenna Gestetner’s incredible leadership and ability to keep everything running smoothly ? Jackie Michelle's talent in setting up socials and ability to bring the community together ? Chandra Delano's creativity in social media strategy and storytelling ? Claire Lucas's problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach ? Arjun Shah’s ambition and drive to push our chapter forward ? Vanya Shrivastava's consistency and reliability in executing plans ? Zach Meyer's enthusiasm and ability to energize the team ? Rania Tuku's charisma and talent for community-building ? Elada Tebeje's strategic outreach skills and building valuable partnerships ? Dylan Miller's skill in organizing and strengthening member engagement And to our members, thank you for trusting us—your support and dedication mean everything! I can’t wait to see what’s in store for REACH in my last few months at University of Southern California ?? Let’s make it unforgettable ??

After 12 years as a content creator & a few million followers later, this is what I'd do if I had to start from scratch today. My mom and I had the chance to speak to a class of college students at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) about creating content with purpose and making a living from it. Huge thanks to REACH for having us out—can’t wait to see these students’ creator careers take off! #creatoreconomy #contentcreator #influencermarketing #mtsu #reach #mtsureach

REACH stands with Los Angeles. Our hearts go out to everyone impacted by the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles. We stand in solidarity with our employees, partners, clients, and nonprofit chapter members at universities including University of Southern California, UCLA, Loyola Marymount University, California State University, Northridge, and beyond, who have been affected by this tragedy. In moments like these, community is everything. We’re inspired by the resilience of the people of LA and the heroic efforts of first responders working tirelessly to protect lives and homes. At REACH, we believe in the power of collective action. To support recovery efforts, we encourage donations to organizations like the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation and the American Red Cross. Every contribution helps rebuild lives and restore hope. Let’s come together to uplift our communities and make a difference. #REACHforLA #Resilience

Agencies are doing campus ambassador programs all wrong. Most of them rely on setting up booths and handing out free products, hoping students will stop by. Let’s be honest—who’s stopping at a table while rushing to class? That approach doesn’t engage anyone meaningfully. Companies also often recruit people who don’t actually care about their brand. They’re just there for the paycheck, pretending to like something they don’t. This creates inauthentic content that students see right through, and it’s not doing brands any favors. Our approach at REACH is different. Our programs are powered by individuals in our nonprofit—students and microcreators who are genuinely passionate about the brands they represent. These are people who truly want to share these products and experiences with their peers. We call our ambassadors, evangelists! Rather than relying on generic tactics, we work to integrate brands naturally into campus life. Whether it’s through tailored events, creative content ideas, or building genuine excitement, we make sure the connection feels authentic and not forced. No one wants a transactional relationship. Students resonate with real, meaningful interactions, and that’s where REACH excels. We build relationships, not just campaigns, and it shows in the results we get. Success isn’t about handing out free stuff—it’s about building excitement and trust. By empowering our ambassadors with tools, creativity, and genuine support, we create programs that are impactful and lasting, not just a flash in the pan. That’s how it should be done!

Founding Operations at Origami Agents | Prev. Proof of Concept

About a year ago, Monisa Yusra and I brought a nationwide social media chapter to UIUC. Last week, we had our full-circle moment The summer after my freshman year, a friend forwarded me an email from USC and UCLA students about starting a REACH chapter at UIUC He was graduating and thought I’d be a good fit. But I knew an even better one to lead the way. A close friend of mine who had previously founded something very similar - Monisa Yusra Our first info session? 7 people showed up. Since, our board skipped school for a trip to LA, and UIUC Reach has grown to 250+ applicants What began as two sophomores bouncing ideas back and forth has matured into a living and breathing community of college creators So when they asked us to come back and speak on last week's Creator Panel, it was a no-hesitation yes :) Shoutout to some of my closest friends and fellow panelists: Alex Yuan, Chahat Kapoor Oyundalai Batmunkh, + Philip Vu for the photo creds + Phil Edat for the invitation

As a freshman at Penn State last year, I was eager to connect with like-minded and inspiring people. ?? That's when I discovered REACH and instantly fell in love with the organization and its community. Fast forward to this year, and I'm excited to share that I've joined the executive board as the Director of Marketing! ?? I look forward to working alongside a group of driven and motivated individuals who share the same vision and goals. REACH has provided me with countless opportunities, and I know many more are ahead. ???? A big thank you to Sebastian Fitzgerald for supporting me throughout the process of getting this position, and to Reagan Phillips for giving me this great opportunity! I can't wait to give back to the community that has inspired me and to do the same for others. ??

The rise of creators on college campuses is reshaping the landscape of influencer marketing in a unique way. I recently had the opportunity to discuss this in The Hollywood Reporter, where we explored how universities are embracing the creator economy. Influencer-related classes are growing and becoming a norm as higher education embraces the creator economy. As brands look for innovative ways to engage with younger audiences, college creators offer a unique advantage that extends beyond traditional influencer relationships. ????????’?? ?????? ?????????????? ???????????????? ???????????? ???? ???? ?????????? ??????????’?? ??????????: ? ???????? ??????????????????:?Unlike traditional influencers who focus solely on their online audience, college creators have influence both in their digital spaces and within their campus communities. Whether it's their peers, classmates, or members of Greek life, their reach is twofold, amplifying your brand’s exposure. ? ???????? ???????????????????? ???? ??????????-??????????????????????: College creators are part of tight-knit communities where engagement is personal and direct. Their peers look up to them as trendsetters, and the trust they’ve built with their audience is often stronger than that of larger influencers. ? ?????????? ???????????? ???? ????????????:?Campuses are often where new trends emerge. College influencers are at the forefront of what's cool and relevant, making them an invaluable resource for brands looking to stay ahead of the curve. ? ???????????????????????? ???????????? ??????????????: The authenticity of a college creator promoting a product to their immediate community—whether it’s through a dorm, classroom, or social gathering—can lead to stronger and more meaningful brand connections. ? ???????????? ???????????? ??????????????????: Engaging with college creators isn't just about today. Many of these young creators will continue to grow their personal brands beyond their college years, making them a valuable long-term partner. At REACH, we're dedicated to helping creators grow and thrive, both during and after their college careers.?We've built a community that empowers creators to develop their personal brands and find opportunities in the creator economy. We're also committed to helping brands tap into this potential. Through influencer campaigns, gifting opportunities, campus ambassador programs, and more, REACH partners with hundreds of companies to leverage the unique influence of college creators. I'm a firm believer that as the creator economy continues to evolve, college campuses will remain a vital hub for innovation and influence.
