The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Congresswoman Suzanne Bonamici recently joined REACH to present a $4,560,000 funding award from the Inflation Reduction Act to support significant energy efficiency and climate resilience renovations at two REACH properties in Portland. On top of that, we were awarded $5.7 million from the Portland Clean Energy Fund PCEF to make energy-efficient improvements at three REACH properties in NE Portland! These significant investments will enable us to retrofit our properties, ensuring they not only consume less energy and are healthier for residents but also withstand the challenges of climate change. ??
