Operations Manager – Andrew Crosby Coming in with over 11 years’ experience working in new iron sales and recertification as a Shop Foreman for RDI, Andrew brings an unmatched driven and hands-on approach to the rental division. With his vast knowledge of the equipment, Andrew can accommodate the on-the-go nature of the industry with ease and measure up to providing an organized and superior approach to the rental division. ? Business Development Manager – Marcus Kershaw As the newest member of the RDI Group of Companies team, Marcus has accumulated 14 years of Regional and Project Management experience within the Power and Oil & Gas Industries. He brings enthusiasm to our rental division and has hit the ground running to build on existing customer relationships as well as create new ones. His eagerness and ability to adapt are invaluable to our operation. ? General Manager – Jason Tipton Through the past 7 years with RDI, Jason has proven his dedication to guide and help innovate the growth and success of RDI which will no doubt overflow to the growth and success of SPC as he serves a dual role as the GM of USA Operations for the RDI Group of Companies. With nearly 15 years of Oil & Gas experience from refinery turnarounds, and working in natural gas compression, to his tenure with RDI, Jason has constructed a serving work ethic with customer relationships at the forefront while upholding a deep devotion to the company standards. Operations Manager – Derek Paul With over 10 years of direct experience in flow-control rentals, Derek brings a wealth of knowledge and innovation to the team.?His in-field exposure to day-to-day operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be invaluable as he moves into his role with NPC. Business Development Manager – Darcy Ramstead Along with the duties of Business Development Manager for the NPC Rental Division, Darcy also holds a dual role within the RDI Group of Companies as the Outside Sales Manager.?He has held this role for over 8 years and offers customer service that is second to none.
