This program is specifically designed for those new to the trade – our "green" techs – giving them the opportunity to learn, grow, and develop their skills with the guidance of a seasoned professional. For the third consecutive year, we’ve been able to offer this program to our technicians, providing them with real-world, hands-on experience under Zach’s leadership. His mentorship ensures they gain the skills and expertise needed to excel in the field and build long-lasting careers in HVAC. In celebration of National Apprenticeship Week (November 17th–23rd), we want to take a moment to thank all apprentices across every trade. Today, we encountered and resolved a mysterious water leak that was causing flooding on a customer floors. After troubleshooting, we got the unit back to proper drainage, restoring a safe and comfortable environment.
