As our new Director of Land Development, Steve brings over 30 years of engineering design, project management, zoning entitlements, site layout and grading, public water and sanitary sewer extensions, erosion and sediment control plans, and the design of a variety of stormwater management facilities. RDA is happy to welcome Brian Finerfrock, PE, to our team! As one of our new Senior Hydrology and Hydraulics Managers, he has over 20 years of delivering water resource projects and solutions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Brian’s expertise ranges from bridge hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, FEMA floodplain analysis, scour analysis, stormwater management, erosion control, and drainage for civil engineering projects. Furthermore, he has delivered numerous award-winning wetland and ecological restoration projects during his career. This experience will enhance our team’s capabilities and drive for future project development and business growth. Welcome, Brian!

Connecting with Marketing and Business Development professionals in our Trilon sister companies was an incredible opportunity!?
Our marketing and business development team leaders gathered with their peers from the Trilon Group to share best practices amongst the family of companies. Thirteen firms from NY to Florida, Oregon to Arizona and all points in-between gathered in Detroit, Michigan. The goal? To build relationships and share knowledge around pursuits, onboarding, social media, communications and business development. Special guest Denise Dahl, MPA of Epiphany Consulting presented a workshop on authentic and vulnerable leadership. As part of our social time, the group took a trolly tour around the City of Detroit with Aric Bennett and Hervé H. Leonard. It's exciting to see the revitalization of the Motor City! The group also took in a Detroit Tigers' game! Our teams are thankful for the opportunity to take a step back from the day-to-day and think strategically about our operations. Thank you to everyone who contributed content and took time to attend! Special thanks to Michael Converse and Bianca S. Jones for their time and support before, during and after this summit.
