In collaboration with JMF Properties, RD Management was instrumental in developing the BJ's Shopping Center located at 831 State Route 10. This new location, which opened on March 21, 2025, marks BJ's 25th club in New Jersey. RD Management's responsibilities encompassed overseeing the development process, including site selection, leasing, and ensuring the project's alignment with community and retail objectives. Our expertise in retail real estate development contributed significantly to bringing this BJ's Wholesale Club to fruition, providing a valuable shopping option for the Whippany community.
