Meet Our CEO, Regan Adams As our CEO, Regan brings 30 years of experience in the engineering and financial services industries to the table. With an unwavering passion for impactful growth, Regan has been instrumental in establishing RCS as South Africa's most prominent and innovative financial services provider. At the heart of the RCS purpose lies the enablement of possibilities, and Regan embodies this spirit in the manner in which he approaches his day to day life. He also serves as Chairman of the CapeBPO Board driving investment in the BPO sector, he is a non-executive director at iHub Africa , fostering innovation and youth development, as well as serving as a Trustee on Hillsong Africa Foundation, supporting individual and community development initiatives. Regan says “There is a saying that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not, it is an honour for me to serve on these impactful entities who have an innate desire to drive youth development and employment. It is through the collective effort of these initiatives that we bring a spirit of hope that is transformational for both individuals and communities”. “It is an enormous privilege to lead and steward an organisation. RCS is a proud supporter of The JAG Foundation, which uses sport as a means to uplift young South Africans. The Foundation recently took 28 of its elite Under-18 girls rugby players to a high-performance camp in Glencairn, on Cape Town's South Peninsula. The group included eight players with Western Province age-group colours, and featured talented athletes from Delft, Bellville South, Langa, and Khayelitsha. The camp was a well-deserved reward for the girls, who worked particularly hard during the season. Two JAG Foundation teams played against each other in the final of the prestigious Marius Schoeman Sevens tournament, which was televised live on SuperSport. #rcs #rcsinspired #csi
