RC Law LLP Advised Grupo Hotusa/Eurostars Hotels on the Acquisition of Winter Haven Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida RC Law served as legal counsel to Grupo Hotusa, through its Eurostars Hotel Company brand, in the acquisition of the 70-key Winter Haven Hotel, a boutique property prominently located on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, Florida. Previously managed by Hersha Hospitality Management and part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection, this four-star hotel adds to Eurostars’ growing U.S. portfolio. The seller was represented by Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB Law).
