RCI's Maverick Welder & Materials Testing division in Pasadena Texas is currently hiring. Maverick is looking for a qualified Coordinator of Technical Services. Principal duties include: ·?Coordinate, communicate and oversee all activities related to the welding procedure development process. ·??Generate and or assist with welding procedure Quotes based on the group’s needs. ·??Assist group with maintaining project folders during projects, through completion and turnover for invoicing.??Quotes, PO#s, email communications, specifications, Lab reports etc. ·??Assist as needed with review of Client specifications as they apply to welding procedure quotes and development.? ·???Works with others within the technical services group to ensure the correct welding requirements and process requirements meet customer and project needs. ·???Provide daily production activities updates to Lead Coordinator and/or Technical Services Manager. ·?? RCI’s MI Solutions division is looking for qualified RT Level 2’s to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX. ? The Radiographer Level 2 is responsible for performing gamma and x-ray radiography in accordance with code quality requirements found in API, ASME, AWS and client specified documents, performing interpretation of the results, and generating inspection reports. The Level 2 radiographer will also be responsible for performing activities in compliance with the state of Texas, DOT and NRC regulations, and the RCI Radiation Safety Program. ? As 2023 draws to a close RCI would like to thank our amazing field, shop and office staff for their hard work in the execution of our clients’ projects. The Maverick Welder & Materials Testing group had another year of growth and in capabilities they bring to bear for our clients. New production equipment was added and increases were made in our materials inventory to quickly serve our clients’ in-house testing needs. Maverick also gained a new team member, Mr. Benny Salas who has seamlessly stepped in to assist our clients and the Maverick team in creating weld procedures and managing out lab testing team. RCI’s NDT Division, MI Solutions, also had a year of significant growth. They added several equipment packages further expanding their capabilities and executed numerous inspection projects. The leadership team consisting of John Jordan, Kris Demarre and Roque Garcia have put in a phenomenal amount of time overseeing the business and have spent numerous days in the field ensuring their field teams have the support they need to efficiently execute their scopes. RCI’s Industrial Services group also saw an increase in business. They executed several scopes on our client’s behalf in various plants & facilities. Everything from small civil projects to mechanical & piping work and plenty of I&E scopes executed throughout the gulf coast. Hats off to RCI’s Spencer Salvato & Jarrod Johnson for making this happen. They have spent tremendous amounts of time walking projects down, assembling estimates and taking the jobs to the field to execute. RCI Trinidad & Tobago also saw a number of new opportunities in 2023. RCI TT staff were instrumental in supporting projects in the office, fabrication yards and offshore for many of our clients operating in the Caribbean. RCI TT also saw its first local Trinidadian, Mr. Glen Lalchan, take over local control and supervision of our Trinidadian projects & staff.?He is the TT Operations Manager which until this year that duty was typically held by one of our US based managers. We welcome Glen into the new role and know he is well received by our local staff and clients. RCI’s core group, our Project Management & Field Construction inspection teams also saw a year of high utilization. These teams, especially the inspection & construction supervision team members, spent days, weeks, and months offshore and on-site in various US Onshore locations. Always separated from their families and loved ones and in tough duty locations for long durations, these professionals define what dedication is to their craft. RCI & our clients could not do without these truly experienced and dedicated staff, they are RCI’s and our clients’ eyes and ears and on the front line of project execution ensuring the safety of the teams in the field and ensuring the project execution is moving forward according to plan.
