Meet Ben McGarey, a Project Manager at RCF Group specializing in the healthcare industry. Ben enjoys being part of a team that designs and constructs spaces aimed at creating a calm and welcoming environment for patients and their families. Since hospitals can often feel intimidating, he finds it incredibly rewarding to contribute to spaces that help alleviate those feelings. Outside of work, Ben is passionate about spending time with family and friends, cheering on Cincinnati sports teams, and hitting the golf course whenever possible. For Ben, "Your People. At Their Best." means continually pushing the boundaries of excellence. #TeamRCFGroup recently had the incredible opportunity to visit Harvard Business School and engage directly with students studying a case study developed in collaboration with HBS professors and researchers. The case, titled “Diversifying P&G’s Supplier Base,” examines Procter & Gamble’s initiative to expand supplier diversity and highlights how Carl Satterwhite and Scott Robertson joined forces to create River City Furniture—known today as RCF Group—to support this vision. During the visit, Carl and Scott joined a “Negotiation” class discussion where students debated whether they should have become business partners, weighing the strategic decision and risks involved. The students were surprised and excited when Carl and Scott entered the room in person, sharing firsthand insights about their journey and the impact of their partnership.
