  • Last week we hosted a ladies lunch to celebrate the incredible women who make our team stronger, smarter, and more fearless every day. As part of our celebration, we gifted everyone a Fearless Bracelet from our client Joffa (shoutout to Haley Hoover!!). These bracelets are made by Hope + Vine, a nonprofit providing living-wage jobs, mentorship, and life skills to women aging out of foster care. The message behind the bracelet — “I Will Fear No Evil” in Morse Code — is a powerful reminder of strength and courage. At UFO, we use AI to speed things up, test smarter, and free up time for the kind of thinking machines still can’t do.     Making E-Commerce Count @ Joffa | Previously: Condé Nast, R29

    Bragging on my crew at UFO Performance Marketing, specifically Dwayne Lynn who has been helping me build and grow the Joffa brand since day one. We had to put a pin in our relationship for a minute, but I called Andrea Larsen over the summer when everything was flat. Within weeks, Dwayne got my ads cleaned up to see a positive return on investment. 6+ months later, we're seeing up to a 4.0 ROAS on some channels. 3 weeks ago, I challenged him to build a different attribution model to find clarity on truly where our sales were coming from (channels are so greedy, guys) and he knocked out a modeled approach that is a better picture of sales claimed. YAY. Dwayne makes me feel smarter, which is really the icing on the cake. I should have screenshotted us together on Zoom yesterday but we ran out of time. ?? Big love to you all!!
