Project Highlight: Mustang Ridge Business Park Owner: Clay Development & Construction, Inc. General Contractor: Raymond Construction Inc. We are pleased to share the successful completion of the Mustang Ridge Business Park project!?This is a 218,400 SF tiltwall building strategically located 11 miles south of the Austin Airport.?Raymond Construction built this along with all infrastructure improvements for the master planned business park.?Fire suppression is fed by a 240,000 gallon fire tank.?The building sewer was designed with septic.?A long-term sewer treatment package plant for the business park is currently in design and permitting.?We look forward to the next one!

We had so much fun building another picnic table out at the Community First Village in November! Our Austin team has proudly volunteered at the village for the past 3 years, and we always look forward to it!

Project Highlight: Dalfen Austin Airport? Owner: Dalfen Industrial Architect: GSR Andrade Architects General Contractor: Raymond Construction Inc. The Dalfen Austin Airport project consisted of 2 tiltwall buildings, totaling 801,480 square feet.? Fun Facts: There was 3,200 feet of off site sewer which required a 300 foot long, 24 inch diameter boring to pass under a creek. The site required over 500,000 CY of import – a massive amount of material to import for a light industrial project.?The team overcame surging cost during times of extraordinary inflation across the industry.??

Project Highlight: Rastegar Infinity Park Owner: Rastegar Capital Architect: Downs Design Solutions General Contractor: Raymond Construction Inc. The Infinity Park project consisted of 4 tiltwall buildings, totaling 598,920 square feet.?The largest of the four buildings is building 4, a cross dock, at 241,920 SF.?The project will be LEED Certified, and has received a Tilt-up Achievement Award from the Tilt-up Concrete Association. The standout entrances with bright orange canopies protruding from dark black glass storefront systems and angled soffits really makes a statement!?The project site is located between the Circuit of the Americas and toll 130.??

????Dirt work is well underway at #ALTOPinto45 in Wilmer, TX. Raymond Construction Inc. has been down and dirty in these wet conditions over the past few weeks, but making great progress on ALTO’s 586,919 SF cross dock.
