Every Wednesday, Wellness Club is a space where youth and staff come together to engage in discussion, fitness, and fun to support whole-body wellness (and breathwork as seen in the picture). ?? Our youth learn different topics in wellness, from sleep hygiene to nutrition. Rawhide team members Steve and BoLynda reintroduced the Young Life program to youth at our New London campus. Recent activities include canoeing on the Wolf River, Party with a Purpose, church outings, and more!
