What an incredible move from?Sanofi! CEO Paul Hudson's vision for the company encompasses a?diversity, equity and inclusion plan - with the newest update guaranteeing employees 1 year of salary and support after cancer diagnosis. This is great to see and more companies should be stepping up to provide social, emotional and financial support to our friends and colleagues in the workplace who are facing this cruel and merciless illness. In my view, Natalie Bickford (Chief People Office at Sanofi) puts it perfectly: “Many of us will face cancer one way or another in our lives. The last thing you want to be thinking about when you are diagnosed with cancer, or going through treatment, is work.
