Berkeley City College's new campus building is moving up swiftly. Thanks to XL Construction our staff received an excellent tour, learning about the complexities of post-tensioned concrete and the challenges of a tight urban site. We look forward to witnessing how Peralta Community College District's students will thrive in their new daylight-filled learning environment.

We’re thrilled to share our latest collaboration with Blue Oak School: a new middle school campus in downtown Napa. The new 27,000 sf facilities include indoor and outdoor classrooms, a gym, and a future teaching kitchen. These innovative spaces foster creativity, connection, and hands-on learning. We’re thrilled to announce the successful Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for the UCSF Peninsula Outpatient Center! Swinerton proudly provided general contracting services for renovating 52,300 square feet within this state-of-the-art medical office building. The new facility is designed to enhance patient care with an ambulatory surgery center, advanced imaging services including CT and MRI, and a dedicated infusion center featuring 16 infusion chairs and private rooms. Our team worked diligently to upgrade the building’s infrastructure, ensuring a fully functional and efficient environment for medical staff and patients. From our meticulous preconstruction strategy to our ongoing value engineering, every step was aimed at delivering a top-notch facility. With the procurement of skilled trade partners and our in-house expertise in framing, drywall, and more, we’re proud to have brought this vital project to life. Thank you to Ratcliff Architects and everyone involved in making this milestone a reality! We look forward to seeing this center's positive impact on the community!
